is COCONUT CUPCAKES! this recipe is from jess of bakericious. this is a SUPERB recipe and a KEEPER! i seldom follow recipe to the T like not reducing butter and sugar. for this, i didnt modify it coz i think is just nice (: when i was mixing, i can smell the aroma of coconut. when baking, you can smell the fragrance of coconut! it just makes you HUNGRY!!

then i baked BANANA OREO MUFFINS! there's a HUGE bunch of banana at home and everyone kept asking me to bake it again. i've encore it many many times but they still love it (:
